Groundwork offers founders an opportunity to learn in a small, intimate cohort of like-minded leaders who are at similar stages in their development.
Thoughtfully assembling the cohort is a critical step in this process.

* Founders of any stage of a climate company should apply. Each cohort will be composed of similar-stage companies to maximize learning opportunities.
Cohort Structure
Groundwork builds tailored curriculum based on each cohort’s goals, responding to learning gaps and discussion topics from the sessions.
Three-month program with weekly meetings alternating between curriculum and community focus, with deeper dives to connect 1:1 with other founders in your cohort
Each session is hosted by a Groundwork instructor who facilitates the peer-to-peer learning environment
Cohorts will include 6-10 founders, each from a different climate startup. Each cohort is capped at a maximum of 10 founders.
Exact timing will reflect the schedules of the cohort.
